Gujarati catering

Gujarati cuisine is principally a vegetarian style infused with sweet, salty and spicy ingredients and has been described by Indian British cookbook writer Madhur Jaffrey as "the haute cuisine of vegetarianism".

Batata Wada (a kind of potato dumpling), is a celebrated Gujarati snack. Refining the original recipe, whilst retaining its authenticity, this dish has been elevated to a sumptuous gourmet dish.

Shrikhand, a thick yogurt-based sweet dessert garnished with groundnuts, cardamom, and saffron is expertly made by our skilled team of chefs. Its sweet, soothing texture is delicious in the summer, but is also perfect for the finale of one of our majestic banquets.
