Pakistani catering
Pakistani food adopts flavours and characteristics distinctive to it surrounding areas and for that reason Pakistani catering can be extremely diverse. We understand this and our expert chef's are able to deliver not only authentic food, but also mouth-watering, flavoursome cuisine.Lamb is a predominant feature of Pakistani cuisine and Lamb Pilau is one of our most celebrated dishes. A dish comprising of tender slow cooked lamb, fruity apricots, fluffy rice and crunchy almonds. Kebabs are also a Pakistani favourite and we serve a variety including Seekh and Chapli kebabs.
All our dishes are conceived and refined by our executive chef Mr M L Sharma. All food is prepared 'in-house', in our state of the art kitchen premises.
Key ingredients in Pakistani Cuisine include; lamb and other meat such as beef, goat, and chicken; garam masala, cumin seeds, caraway, bay leaves, yoghurt and basmati rice.
